Summary

CVE-2023-35673 is a newly identified vulnerability affecting the Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) implementation in certain devices. The issue lies in the 'build_read_multi_rsp' function of 'gatt_sr.cc' where an integer overflow can occur. This overflow leads to a possible out-of-bounds write, creating an opportunity for remote (proximal or adjacent) attackers to execute code without requiring additional privileges. Notably, user interaction is not necessary for exploitation.
