Summary

CVE-2023-35322 is a newly disclosed vulnerability affecting Microsoft's Windows Deployment Services. This issue permits an unauthenticated attacker to execute arbitrary code on a targeted system. An attacker can exploit this vulnerability by sending a specially crafted packet to the affected Windows Deployment Services server. Successful exploitation could result in a complete system compromise, allowing the attacker to install malware, steal sensitive data, or gain persistent access to the compromised system. Organizations are strongly advised to apply the available patch as soon as possible to mitigate this risk.
