Summary

CVE-2023-35297 is a remote code execution vulnerability affecting Windows Pragmatic General Multicast (PGM) protocol. An attacker can exploit this vulnerability by sending specially crafted PGM packets to a targeted system, resulting in arbitrary code execution with the privileges of the PGM service.
