Summary

CVE-2023-35174 is a vulnerability affecting Livebook, a web application for writing interactive and collaborative code notebooks. On Windows systems, opening a `livebook://` link from a browser can lead to arbitrary code execution on the victim's machine. This vulnerability, which has been addressed in versions 0.8.2 and 0.9.3, poses a risk to any user of Livebook Desktop on Windows who expects the application to be opened through their browser.
