Summary

CVE-2023-35172 is a vulnerability affecting NextCloud Server and NextCloud Enterprise Server versions 25.0.0 to 26.0.2 and 21.0.0 to 24.0.12.2. These servers provide file storage for Nextcloud, a self-hosted productivity platform. The vulnerability allows an attacker to bruteforce password reset links, potentially enabling unauthorized access to user accounts. Versions 25.0.7 and 26.0.2 of NextCloud Server and 21.0.9.12, 22.2.10.12, 23.0.12.7, 24.0.12.2, 25.0.7, and 26.0.2 of NextCloud Enterprise Server include patches to address this issue. No known workarounds are currently available.
