Summary

CVE-2023-3509 is a vulnerability affecting GitLab versions prior to 16.7.6, as well as certain versions of 16.8 and 16.9. This issue grants sub-maintainers of a group the ability to modify the titles of privately accessible deploy keys associated with projects within that group.
