Summary
CVE-2023-34208 is a recently disclosed vulnerability affecting EasyUse MailHunter Ultimate versions 2023 and prior. The issue lies within the create template function, where a path traversal flaw is present. This vulnerability enables remote, authenticated users to extract files from arbitrary directories by using specially crafted ZIP archives. Successful exploitation could result in unauthorized access to sensitive information or system compromise. It is recommended that users patch their systems as soon as possible to mitigate this risk.
