Summary
CVE-2023-34197 is a privilege escalation vulnerability affecting Zoho ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus versions before 14202, ServiceDesk Plus MSP before 14300, and SupportCenter Plus before 14300. Unprivileged users can exploit this issue in the Release module to gain access to the Reminders of a release ticket and make modifications, escalating their privileges beyond intended limits. This vulnerability poses a risk to data integrity and security, and users are encouraged to apply the relevant patches to mitigate the threat.
