Summary

CVE-2023-34099 is a vulnerability affecting the email registration process in Shopware, an open-source e-commerce platform. The flaw allows the creation of multiple accounts with seemingly different email addresses that ultimately map to the same shared address. This issue poses a significant security risk, as it enables unauthorized access to multiple accounts. Shopware recommends users update to version 5.7.18 to mitigate this vulnerability. Unfortunately, there are currently no known workarounds for this issue.
