Summary

CVE-2023-34017 is a newly disclosed reflective Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability that affects versions 2.6.7 and below of FiveStarPlugins' Five Star Restaurant Reservations plugin for WordPress. An attacker can exploit this issue by injecting malicious scripts into a webpage viewed by other users, potentially stealing sensitive information or taking control of their sessions. This unauthenticated XSS vulnerability poses a significant risk, as it does not require any user interaction or authentication to execute.
