Summary

CVE-2023-3373 is a Predictable Exact Value from Previous Values (PEVPP) vulnerability affecting Mitsubishi Electric Corporation's GOT2000 Series GT21 model versions 01.49.000 and prior, as well as GOT SIMPLE Series GS21 model versions 01.49.000 and prior. This issue enables unauthenticated remote attackers to hijack data connections (session hijacking) or cause a Denial of Service (DoS) condition by correctly guessing the listening port of the data connection on the FTP server and connecting to it. The vulnerability may result in data breaches or disruptions in communication channels. Users are advised to update their systems to mitigate this risk.
