Summary

CVE-2023-33121 is a newly discovered vulnerability affecting multiple versions of JT2Go and Teamcenter Visualization software. The issue lies in the way these applications parse CGM files, resulting in a null pointer dereference vulnerability. An attacker can exploit this flaw to cause a denial of service condition by supplying specially crafted CGM files to the affected applications. Versions of JT2Go before V14.2.0.3, Teamcenter Visualization V13.2 before V13.2.0.13, V13.3 before V13.3.0.10, V14.0 before V14.0.0.6, and V14.1 before V14.1.0.8 are all susceptible to this vulnerability.
