Summary

CVE-2023-32600 is a stored Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability affecting versions 1.0.119 and below of the Rank Math SEO plugin for WordPress. An attacker with contributor or higher access can exploit this flaw by injecting malicious scripts into posts or pages, which are then stored and executed each time the affected webpage is accessed. Successful attacks can lead to arbitrary code execution, session hijacking, or other unauthorized actions, posing a significant risk to websites using the vulnerable plugin. It is strongly recommended that users upgrade to the latest version of Rank Math SEO to mitigate this threat.
