Summary
CVE-2023-3239 is a newly disclosed vulnerability affecting OTCMS up to version 6.62. The issue lies in the admin/readDeal.php?mudi=readQrCode file, specifically an unknown function. By manipulating the img argument, an attacker can perform path traversal and access files outside the intended directory ('../filedir').
