Summary

CVE-2023-32116 is a stored Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability affecting versions 4.0.12 and below of the TotalPress.Org Custom post types, Custom Fields & more plugin. An attacker can exploit this admin privilege escalation issue by injecting malicious scripts into a legitimate user's posts or pages. Successful exploitation could result in complete takeover of the victim's account, allowing the attacker to execute arbitrary code or steal sensitive data. It is recommended that users immediately update to the latest version of the plugin to mitigate this risk.
