Summary

CVE-2023-32028 is a remote code execution vulnerability affecting Microsoft SQL Server's OLE DB component. An attacker can exploit this weakness by sending specially crafted data packets to the SQL Server instance, allowing them to execute arbitrary code on the victim's system. Successful exploitation could result in the attacker gaining full control over the affected database and potentially the underlying operating system. This issue represents a significant threat to organizations that use Microsoft SQL Server and have not yet applied the available patch.
