Summary
CVE-2023-32013 is a newly disclosed vulnerability affecting Microsoft's Hyper-V hypervisor in Windows. This issue permits an attacker to initiate a denial of service condition on a targeted system by sending maliciously crafted packets. The vulnerability exists in the way Hyper-V handles network traffic, and successful exploitation can result in the hypervisor becoming unresponsive, rendering the host machine inoperable.
