Summary

CVE-2023-3130 is a vulnerability affecting the Short URL WordPress plugin before version 1.6.5. The issue allows high privilege users, including admins, to execute Stored Cross-Site Scripting attacks, bypassing the unfiltered_html capability restriction in multisite setups.
