CVE-2023-3115 is a vulnerability affecting GitLab Enterprise Edition (EE). This issue impacts versions 11.11 to 16.2.8, 16.3 to 16.3.5, and 16.4 to 16.4.1. The problem lies in the incorrect enforcement of Single Sign On (SSO) restrictions.
