Summary

CVE-2023-3114 is a vulnerability affecting Terraform Enterprise versions prior to v202306-1. The issue lies in the improper implementation of authorization rules for agent pools. Unauthorized agents could potentially target a workspace and access resources from a higher-privileged workspace in the same organization.
