Summary

CVE-2023-31029 is a vulnerability affecting the baseboard management controller (BMC) of NVIDIA DGX A100 systems. The issue lies in the host KVM daemon, which can be exploited by an unauthenticated attacker via a specially crafted network packet. Successful exploitation of this vulnerability may result in arbitrary code execution, denial of service, information disclosure, and data tampering.
