Summary

CVE-2023-30663 is an input validation vulnerability affecting the OemPersonalizationSetLock function in libsec-ril before the SMR Jul-2023 Release 1. This issue allows local attackers to execute an Out-Of-Bounds write due to insufficient validation of user input. An attacker can manipulate the input data to trigger the vulnerability and potentially gain unauthorized control or cause system instability.
