Summary
CVE-2023-30663 is an input validation vulnerability affecting the OemPersonalizationSetLock function in libsec-ril before the SMR Jul-2023 Release 1. This issue allows local attackers to execute an Out-Of-Bounds write due to insufficient validation of user input. An attacker can manipulate the input data to trigger the vulnerability and potentially gain unauthorized control or cause system instability. To mitigate this risk, it is recommended to update to the latest release of libsec-ril as soon as possible.
