Summary

CVE-2023-30500 is a reflective Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability affecting the WPForms Lite (wpforms-lite) and WPForms Pro (wpforms) plugins versions 1.8.1.2 and below. An attacker can exploit this flaw by injecting malicious scripts into a web page viewed by other users. Successful exploitation may lead to unauthorized access to user data, session hijacking, or malware installation. To mitigate the risk, users are advised to update their plugins to the latest available versions as soon as possible.
