Summary
CVE-2023-30481 is a newly discovered Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability affecting the Alexey Golubnichenko AGP Font Awesome Collection plugin in versions 3.2.4 and below. An attacker can exploit this unauthenticated XSS flaw to inject malicious scripts into a victim's web browser, potentially stealing sensitive information or taking control of user sessions. The vulnerability occurs due to insufficient input validation in the plugin. Web administrators are strongly advised to upgrade to the latest version of the plugin as soon as possible to mitigate this risk.
