Summary
CVE-2023-2964 is a vulnerability affecting the Simple Iframe WordPress plugin prior to version 1.2.0. This issue arises from the plugin's failure to properly validate user-supplied content for one of its WordPress block attributes. Consequently, contributors and higher-level users can exploit this vulnerability to execute Stored Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) attacks on affected websites, potentially leading to unauthorized data access, manipulation, or theft, posing a significant risk to the security and integrity of the targeted sites.
