Summary
CVE-2023-29407 is a vulnerability that allows a maliciously-crafted image to cause excessive CPU consumption during decoding. Contrary to its size appearance (width * height being zero), a tiled image with a height of 0 and a very large width can trigger this issue. This can lead to potential denial-of-service attacks or unwanted resource utilization.
