Summary

CVE-2023-29351 is a newly disclosed vulnerability affecting Windows Group Policy. Hackers can exploit this Elevation of Privilege (EoP) weakness to elevate their privileges, gaining unauthorized access to systems with Group Policy enabled. An attacker can craft a specially crafted Group Policy Object (GPO) to bypass security restrictions and execute code at a higher level, potentially leading to significant data theft or system compromise.
