Summary

CVE-2023-28803 is a newly disclosed vulnerability that can allow an authentication bypass in the Zscaler Client Connector on Windows. Malicious actors can exploit this issue by spoofing a device with a synthetic IP address, effectively bypassing the intended functionality and gaining unauthorized access.
