Summary

CVE-2023-28581 is a memory corruption vulnerability affecting WLAN Firmware. It is triggered during the processing of received GTK keys in GTK KDE. An attacker can exploit this flaw by sending maliciously crafted GTK keys to the affected system, potentially gaining unauthorized access or causing denial-of-service conditions. Successful exploitation could lead to arbitrary code execution and serious security compromises. Updating the WLAN Firmware to the latest patch is recommended to mitigate this risk.
