Summary

CVE-2023-28551 is a memory corruption vulnerability affecting the UTILS software. This issue arises when modem processes handle Diag commands with arbitrary address values as input arguments. An attacker can exploit this vulnerability to corrupt memory, potentially leading to unintended program behavior or system crashes.
