Summary

CVE-2023-28545 is a memory corruption vulnerability affecting TZ Secure OS. During the loading process of an ELF (Executable and Linkable Format) app, the OS fails to properly manage memory resources, leading to potential manipulation and unintended code execution. An attacker can exploit this flaw to gain unauthorized access, install malware, or cause a system crash. Users are advised to update their operating system as soon as a patch is available to mitigate this risk.
