Summary
CVE-2023-27612 is a stored Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability affecting versions 6.5.1 and below of the Paul Ryley Site Reviews plugin. An attacker can exploit this flaw by injecting malicious scripts into a review or a comment submitted to the website, which would then be stored and executed every time the affected page is loaded, potentially leading to data theft or unauthorized actions. Websites using the vulnerable plugin version should be updated promptly to mitigate this threat.
