This issue involves a TOCTOU (Time of Check to Time of Use) race condition, which can be exploited via a pseudo-symlink in the %PROGRAMDATA%\GetSupportService_N-Central\PushUpdates directory. Successful exploitation allows an attacker to delete arbitrary files, potentially resulting in significant data loss or system compromise.
