Summary

CVE-2023-27465 is a vulnerability affecting various SIMOTION models, including C240, C240 PN, D410-2 DP, D415-2 DP/PN, D425-2 DP, D425-2 DP/PN, D435-2 DP, D435-2 DP/PN, D445-2 DP/PN (versions >= V5.4), D445-2 DP/PN (versions >= V5.4 < V5.5 SP1), D455-2 DP/PN (versions >= V5.4 < V5.5 SP1), P320-4 E, and P320-4 S. When the security level is set to low, these devices do not adequately secure access to certain debugging services. An unauthenticated attacker can exploit this weakness and extract confidential Technology Object (TO) configurations from the affected devices.
