Summary

CVE-2023-27421 represents a Reflected Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability that was identified in the Everest News theme, specifically versions 1.1.0 and below, of Everest themes. This issue allows an attacker to inject malicious scripts into a webpage, potentially leading to unauthorized access to sensitive user information or even the takeover of user accounts when a user visits a specially crafted link.
