Summary

CVE-2023-27172 is a vulnerability affecting Xpand IT Write-back Manager version 2.3.1. The issue lies in the weak secret keys used by the software to sign JWT tokens. An attacker can exploit this by conducting a brute force attack to obtain the secret key, enabling them to sign and potentially manipulate JWT tokens unauthorized.
