Summary

CVE-2023-26943 is a vulnerability that affects the RFID Tags in Yale Keyless Lock v1.0, allowing attackers to create a cloned tag when they are in close physical proximity to the original. The weak encryption mechanisms used in the RFID tags make it possible for an attacker to exploit this vulnerability. To remediate the issue, it is recommended to update the firmware of the affected Yale Keyless Lock devices to a version that addresses the weakness in encryption. This vulnerability poses a medium risk to organizations as it can lead to unauthorized access to secure areas protected by these locks.
