Summary
CVE-2023-25840 is a Cross-site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability affecting ArcGIS Server versions 10.8.1 to 11.1. An attacker, once authenticated, can create a malicious link that, when hovered over, could potentially render malicious content in the victim's browser. The attacker requires high privileges to exploit this vulnerability.
