Summary

CVE-2023-25094 is a critical buffer overflow vulnerability affecting the vtysh_ubus binary of Milesight UR32L v32.3.0.5. The issue arises due to the unsafe usage of sprintf in the code. A maliciously crafted HTTP request can exploit this vulnerability, leading to arbitrary code execution. The attacker must have high privileges to send such requests. Specifically, the buffer overflow occurs in the into_class_node function, where the class_name or old_class_name variable poses a risk.
