Summary

CVE-2023-25093 is a buffer overflow vulnerability affecting the vtysh_ubus binary in Milesight UR32L v32.3.0.5. The issue stems from the use of an insecure sprintf function. A maliciously crafted HTTP request can exploit this vulnerability, resulting in arbitrary code execution. An attacker with high privileges can trigger the buffer overflow in the set_qos function by manipulating the class_name variable. This vulnerability poses a significant risk, as it can be exploited remotely to gain unauthorized access and potentially take control of affected devices.
