Summary

CVE-2023-2422: A significant vulnerability was identified in Keycloak, an identity and access management solution. Maliciously configured client certificates can bypass mutual TLS (mTLS) authentication checks, enabling unauthorized access to data belonging to other clients. Keycloak servers supporting mTLS authentication for OAuth/OpenID clients are susceptible to this issue, allowing unauthorized clients to impersonate legitimate ones and gain unauthorized access to protected resources.
