Summary
CVE-2023-2278 is a local file inclusion vulnerability affecting the WP Directory Kit plugin for WordPress. Versions up to and including 1.1.9 are susceptible to this issue. The 'wdk_public_action' function is the point of entry, enabling unauthenticated attackers to include and execute arbitrary files on the server. This vulnerability can lead to bypassing access controls, data theft, and code execution, particularly when "safe" file types like images are uploaded and included.
