Summary
CVE-2023-21740 is a newly disclosed code execution vulnerability affecting Windows Media Remote. An attacker can exploit this vulnerability by sending a specially crafted remote data packet to a targeted system, leading to arbitrary code execution on the victim's machine. Successful exploitation could result in unauthorized system access, data theft, or further compromise.
