Summary

CVE-2023-21405 is a vulnerability affecting certain Axis Network Door Controllers and Intercoms. When communicating over the Open Supervised Device Protocol (OSDP), the pacsiod process experiences a message parser crash, causing a brief unavailability of door-controlling functionalities. Doors cannot be opened or closed during this period, but no sensitive or customer data can be extracted from the affected devices.
