Summary

CVE-2023-21378 is a vulnerability affecting Telecomm's software. It allows an attacker to silence the ring for calls of secondary users without proper permission checks. This issue grants local privilege escalation, enabling attackers to elevate their privileges without requiring any additional execution privileges. Notably, user interaction is not necessary for an attacker to exploit this vulnerability.
