Summary
CVE-2023-21373 is a vulnerability affecting telephony systems. A guest user may exploit this issue by bypassing the necessary permission checks, enabling them to alter the preferred SIM. This action results in a local escalation of privilege, allowing the user to gain elevated access without requiring any additional execution privileges.
