Summary
CVE-2023-20900 is a new vulnerability affecting VMware vSphere. A malicious user with Guest Operation Privileges in a targeted virtual machine can potentially elevate their privileges if the virtual machine is assigned a more privileged Guest Alias. This vulnerability allows unauthorized escalation, posing a significant security risk.
