Summary
CVE-2023-20894 is a vulnerability affecting VMware's vCenter Server. This issue involves an out-of-bounds write vulnerability in the DCERPC protocol implementation. A malicious actor with network access to the vCenter Server can exploit this weakness by sending a carefully crafted packet, resulting in memory corruption. The exploitation of this vulnerability could potentially allow the attacker to take control of the affected system or execute arbitrary code.
