Summary

CVE-2023-20260 is a vulnerability affecting the application CLI of Cisco Prime Infrastructure and Cisco Evolved Programmable Network Manager. An authenticated, local attacker can exploit this issue by issuing a malicious command with improperly processed command line arguments to application scripts. The vulnerability allows the attacker to escalate privileges, potentially gaining root access to the underlying operating system. This weakness could lead to significant security implications if left unaddressed.
