Summary
CVE-2023-20246 is a recently disclosed vulnerability affecting multiple Cisco products. The issue arises from a logic error in Snort access control policies, which could allow unauthenticated, remote attackers to bypass these policies on an affected system. The flaw occurs during the population of access control policies, enabling attackers to establish a connection and evade configured rules.
